Projenator (AI-Powered Project Planning) allows you to request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. When you delete your account, all your data is immediately and permanently deleted from our servers.
How to Delete Your Account
Option A: From the Projenator Mobile App
- Open the Projenator app
- Tap the Profile tab (bottom navigation)
- Tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
Option B: From the Website
- Log in to projenator.com
- Go to Profile Settings (top right menu)
- Scroll to the bottom and click "Delete Account"
- Confirm the deletion
Option C: Send an Email Request
If you are unable to access your account, send an email to privacy@projenator.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request". Include the email address associated with your Projenator account.
We will process your request within 72 hours and send a confirmation email.
Option D: Users Who Signed Up via Google or Facebook
If you registered using Google or Facebook, you can also revoke Projenator's access from your provider:
- Google: Go to Google Account → Security → Third-party apps with account access, find Projenator, and click "Remove Access"
- Facebook: Go to Settings → Apps and Websites, find Projenator, click "Remove", and check "Delete all data"
After revoking access, please also use Option A, B, or C above to fully delete your data from our servers.
Data That Is Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data is immediately and permanently removed:
- Account information (name, email address, encrypted password)
- All projects, ideas, descriptions, and tags
- AI chat conversations and messages
- Project scores and evaluations
- Implementation plans, phases, tasks, and deliverables
- Weekly progress reports
- Team memberships and roles
- API tokens and session data
- Profile settings and preferences
Data That Is Retained
The following data may be retained for a limited period after account deletion:
- Invoice records: Kept in anonymized form for 5 years as required by the Turkish Tax Procedure Law (VUK). These records do not contain personally identifiable information after anonymization.
- System logs: Retained in anonymized form for 30 days for security and fraud prevention purposes. After 30 days, these logs are permanently deleted.
Processing Time
- Self-service deletion (Option A or B): Immediate — data is deleted as soon as you confirm.
- Email request (Option C): Within 72 hours of receiving your request.
