These terms ("Terms") govern the use of the Projenator platform ("Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Definitions
- Projenator: AI-powered project planning platform, projenator.com.
- User: Any person who registers for or uses the Service.
- Team: A shared workspace where multiple users collaborate.
- Content: Ideas, projects, conversations, and plans uploaded by the User.
2. Account Registration
You must create an account with a valid email address to use the Service. You are responsible for the security of your account; do not share your password. You may sign in using third-party providers such as Google or Facebook.
3. Content Ownership
All content you upload (ideas, projects, conversations, plans, reports, presentations, infographics) remains your property. Projenator only has the right to process this content to provide the Service.
AI-generated content (scores, plans, reports, presentations, infographics) is an output of the service and is advisory in nature — it does not constitute investment, legal, or professional advice. You are responsible for your own decisions.
You choose which AI model runs on your content: Google Gemini or Anthropic Claude, selectable from the Attachments screen. Your project content is sent to the provider corresponding to your selection. See Privacy Policy section 3 for details.
3.1 Public Share Links
Each presentation or infographic you generate is reachable through a publicly accessible URL containing a random token. Anyone you share this URL with can view and download the content. Sharing the URL is solely your decision; by sharing it you accept that every recipient will have access to the entire deliverable, including the contact information you entered. To revoke access, delete the corresponding deliverable.
4. Prohibited Use
- Uploading illegal, misleading, defamatory, or harmful content
- Attempting unauthorized access to other users' accounts
- Sending automated requests that could harm the Service
- Marketing AI outputs as human-created or using them for deceptive purposes
- Producing content that infringes intellectual property rights
5. Pricing and Payment
Free first project. Every account may create one project free of charge, without a payment card, and use it to generate the project questionnaire, the AI score and the phased plan (including phase details), within a fixed AI usage allowance for that project. Creating further projects, and the paid features on the free project — such as AI chat, custom sections, presentations, infographics, weekly reports and PDF export — require a Pro or Business subscription. Archiving or deleting the free project does not make another free project available.
Paid plans. Pro and Business are subscriptions billed monthly or yearly. Prices are shown before purchase and may change with prior notice; a change applies from your next billing period.
In-app purchases. Subscriptions bought in the iOS or Android app are sold and billed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) in your local currency. They renew automatically until cancelled and are managed, cancelled and refunded under the terms of the respective store.
Web purchases. Pro and Business can also be bought on projenator.com by card, as one prepaid month or year. Prices are set in US dollars and shown before purchase. Web subscriptions do not renew automatically. Who sells to you depends on the billing country you give us:

- Customers everywhere else buy from ZincirX Inc., a Delaware corporation (Delaware file number 10758618), registered office c/o Legalinc Corporate Services Inc., 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, United States. Payment is taken by card in US dollars through Stripe.
You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the period you paid for. For web purchases, refunds apply within the first 14 days.
6. Quotas and Limits
Each tier has monthly AI request, token, project, and PDF quotas. When you exceed your quota, new AI operations are temporarily paused; access to your existing data continues. Quotas reset at the beginning of each month.
7. Service Changes and Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service's features. Accounts that violate these Terms may be suspended or deleted without notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is." We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of AI outputs. Projenator cannot be held liable for indirect or unexpected damages arising from the use of the Service.
9. Disputes and Governing Law
These Terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. İzmir Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over any disputes between the parties.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email. By continuing to use the Service, you accept the updated Terms.
