These terms ("Terms") govern the use of the Projenator platform ("Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Definitions
- Projenator: AI-powered project planning platform, projenator.com.
- User: Any person who registers for or uses the Service.
- Team: A shared workspace where multiple users collaborate.
- Content: Ideas, projects, conversations, and plans uploaded by the User.
2. Account Registration
You must create an account with a valid email address to use the Service. You are responsible for the security of your account; do not share your password. You may sign in using third-party providers such as Google or Facebook.
3. Content Ownership
All content you upload (ideas, projects, conversations, plans, reports) remains your property. Projenator only has the right to process this content to provide the Service.
AI-generated content (scores, plans, reports) is an output of the service and is advisory in nature — it does not constitute investment, legal, or professional advice. You are responsible for your own decisions.
4. Prohibited Use
- Uploading illegal, misleading, defamatory, or harmful content
- Attempting unauthorized access to other users' accounts
- Sending automated requests that could harm the Service
- Marketing AI outputs as human-created or using them for deceptive purposes
- Producing content that infringes intellectual property rights
5. Pricing
The free tier offers a limited number of projects, AI requests, and PDF exports without a credit card. Pro and Business tiers operate on a monthly subscription basis. Prices may be changed with prior notice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds apply within the first 14 days.
6. Quotas and Limits
Each tier has monthly AI request, token, project, and PDF quotas. When you exceed your quota, new AI operations are temporarily paused; access to your existing data continues. Quotas reset at the beginning of each month.
7. Service Changes and Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service's features. Accounts that violate these Terms may be suspended or deleted without notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is." We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of AI outputs. Projenator cannot be held liable for indirect or unexpected damages arising from the use of the Service.
9. Disputes and Governing Law
These Terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over any disputes between the parties.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email. By continuing to use the Service, you accept the updated Terms.
